It instantly cinches my waist and It's very comfortable. I wear it 24/7. I only take it off when I have to take a shower. It really flatters my figure. This is my first ever waist trainer. I got it for my wedding to hopefully slim my belly fat. And oh my gosh, it is amazing! At first, I was skeptical. Especially about what size to order. I got an XXL and it fits nicely and it's comfortable!!! I'm currently laying in the bed with it on now about to take a nap.. And it makes my body look so nice and curvy and It also pushes my boobs up even I don't need that because I'm already a 38DD but I'm satisfied !!!
